A leading NBFC/Bank is looking for experienced professionals for the position of Credit Manager – Business Loans.
📍 Locations: Delhi NCR | Chennai | Nizamabad
💰 CTC: Up to ₹13 LPA
🎓 Qualification: MBA / CA
🎂 Maximum Age: 32 Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and underwrite Business Loan proposals as per credit policies and risk guidelines.
• Conduct detailed analysis of the applicant’s financials, banking, business profile, cash flows and repayment capacity.
• Assess credit risk and identify potential financial and business risks before sanction.
• Handle ticket sizes of ₹75 Lakhs and above.
• Ensure quality credit decisions while maintaining a balance between business growth and portfolio quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and other stakeholders for smooth processing and timely decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
🔹 Candidate Profile
• Experience in Business Loan Credit Underwriting is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment, financial analysis and risk evaluation.
• Should have handled ₹75 Lakhs+ ticket sizes.
• Experience with Banks/NBFCs will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
• MBA (Finance) / CA preferred.
